About the Project

The Community Wellbeing - Solar and Batteries Project delivers improved community infrastructure through the installation of solar panels and battery storage (with off-grid capability) across childcare/preschool and other service facilities in the Blue Mountains area. The work improves grid stability through renewable energy and battery storage and provides the community with improved resilience to power outages and extreme weather events.
