WHOS - Multi Function Alcohol and other Drug Centre Project

About the Project

The new Multi Function Centre Project will allow We Help Ourselves (WHOS) to establish a centre to provide and expand all these services, as well as providing a much needed assessment, referral and case management services to all the Sydney West region. Currently WHOS operates a day program service in Penrith which sees over 300 clients a month and a short stay residential service (6 beds) in the Nepean area. The new Multi Function Centre will also be able to provide a location for peer-led support groups to be provided to clients and families, and appropriate facilities for health and welfare personnel in the area to receive alcohol and other drug training.
