Goulburn Street will be closed between Campbell Street and the Elizabeth Street from 5pm Friday 16 October to 5pm Sunday 18 October 2026, or on completion of the structural steel installation.

Works include the dismantling and removal of two existing water tanks and demolition of a concrete slab to support the future delivery of an additional 60 parking spaces.
