Expansion of Youth on Track – NSW Budget 2016

In 2016 funding was announced to support more areas for Youth on Track. Read the media release to learn more about the decision to fund the program and what this funding aims to cover over the next 3 years.

In 2016 the Minister for Corrections announced $14.5 million in funding to expand the Youth on Track program. The program will gain 3 additional sites until September 2019. 

The money will fund the program to 3 new site areas:

  • Central West
  • Coffs/Clarence
  • New England.

It will also fund the continuation of Youth on Track at existing sites in Blacktown, Hunter and the Mid-North Coast region.
