NSW Public Service Medal winners
The Public Service Medal recognises outstanding service of public sector employees. Recipients can add ‘PSM’ to their name to formally acknowledge their achievement.
This year’s NSW recipients are:
Dr Christopher Alan Armstrong, Office of the NSW Chief Scientist and Engineer
For outstanding public service to science and engineering, particularly to policy review and development, in NSW.
Mrs Robyn Gloria Foster, NSW Police Force
For outstanding public service to the advancement of workforce planning, industrial relations, organisational design and change management for NSW Police.
Mr Stephen Robert Frost, Department of Justice
For outstanding public service to emergency management in New South Wales, particularly to community welfare in times of natural disasters.
Ms Bronwyn Jones, NSW Rural Fire Services (NSWRFS)
For outstanding public service to corporate governance processes, organisational reform, and change management initiatives in New South Wales.
Ms Nicole Carly Kennedy, Service NSW
For outstanding public service through the development and implementation of innovative customer service systems in NSW.
Ms Elizabeth Ann Kinkade, Department of Planning and Environment
For outstanding public service to the delivery of strategic planning policy and effective corporate governance in NSW.
Mr Gary Charles Lavelle, Temora Shire Council
For outstanding public service to local government in NSW.
Mr Paul Richard Miller, Department of Premier and Cabinet
For outstanding public service through the provision of legal advice and freedom of information reform in New South Wales.
Mrs Marnie Anne O'Brien, Department of Education's Work Health and Safety Directorate
For outstanding public service to work health and safety in NSW.
Mr John Wilfred Rayner, Sutherland Shire Council
For outstanding public service to local government in NSW.
Mr Timothy John Spencer, NSW Treasury
For outstanding public service to the commercial management and economic reform of major infrastructure projects in NSW.
