Withdraw a notification to clear native vegetation
This form is used to withdraw a notification of intended clearing under the Land Management (Native Vegetation) Code 2018 where no clearing has been undertaken.
Clearing native vegetation on rural land in NSW requires notification or certification from Local Land Services.
You can modify your notification even after it is submitted. This may involve withdrawing the current notification and then submitting a new one.

When to use this form
This online form requires that no clearing has been undertaken under the notification to be withdrawn.
If clearing has been undertaken, contact your Local Land Services Land Management officer for advice.
