About the Review
The parties to the National Agreement have committed to independent oversight and accountability of progress under the National Agreement. This includes the Productivity Commission undertaking a comprehensive review of progress every 3 years.
This Review provided an opportunity to highlight where:
- governments are changing the way they operate
- outcomes are improving for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
- additional effort is needed.
The NSW Government made the submission to the Productivity Commission demonstrating the progress to date and highlighting the ways NSW is pushing forward in this space, transforming government, and responding to community feedback to ensure we stay on track to meet our commitments under the National Agreement.
