Located in the Quaycentre, Sydney Olympic Park, the NSW Hall of Champions is a sports museum and hall of fame that celebrates this state's greatest athletes.
With 394 athletes representing 59 different sports on the honour roll, you will find many famous names such as Dawn Fraser, Don Bradman, Evonne Goolagong and Ian Thorpe – sportsmen and women who have been elevated to the realm of national heroes.
As the birthplace of modern Australia, New South Wales has provided the nation with many ‘firsts’, and laid the foundations for great sporting traditions – cricket, rugby league, rowing, horse racing and swimming, to name a few.
