Beach 5s Festival on Nobbys Beach coincides annually with Australia Day. It is spectacular/fast-paced/exciting, based on modified Rugby Union and Rugby League rules - no scrums, no line-outs - supporting both codes. Beach 5s is a refreshing new beach sport offering an off-season recreational summer for all who attend, offering a picturesque beach setting - marquees / décor, deck chairs, outside patio umbrellas – accompanied by Clubs / Teams / Player Invitations - VIPs / Sponsors / Celebrities / Media.
