You can use this checklist to help your business comply with all your obligations under the Tow Truck Industry Act 1998 and Tow Truck Industry Regulation 2020. 

We recommend that you use the checklist regularly to help monitor your compliance.

Our investigators use a version of this checklist when they audit your business.

Before you begin

The self-audit takes about 30 minutes to complete. 

You may need access to the current Tow Truck Operator Licence and all the records maintained dependent on the class of licence (A, B, C or scrap) to complete this checklist.

Note: If you check ‘No’ for any of the questions, you may be in breach of your obligations.
