Great Western Highway Developments PTY LTD (ACN 606897198) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation 141- 147 Great Western Highway, Mays Hill 2145 [Lot 109 DP13239, Lot B DP367709 and Lot 10-11 DP1052755 (DP1264599)], SP102416 (the Development).
Great Western Highway Developments PTY LTD (ACN 606897198) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order.
Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
