Shiloh Properties Pty Ltd (ACN: 619 788 911) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 16- 24 College Avenue, Shellharbour NSW 2529 (Lot 3/DP1072916) (the Development).

Shiloh Properties Pty Ltd (ACN: 619 788 911) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
