Rectification Order for Lavish Construction and Developments Pty Ltd

Section 49B of the Home Building Act 1989

Lavish Construction and Developments Pty Ltd is being given this Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 8 Hoffman Road, Edmondson Park, NSW 2174 (Lot 203 / DP 1263783) (the Development).

Lavish Construction and Developments Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the defects as set out in below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
