Our goals
Our strategic plan outlines how we will achieve our vision over the next 5 years, under our 4 goals:
Improved health and wellbeing of our people
Meaningful gains in Aboriginal health
World class rural health care
One service across many places
Clinical Services Framework
Our Clinical Services Framework 2020-2025 (PDF 3.25MB) provides direction and priorities for our key clinical services for the next 5 years.
Facility clinical service plans
We have worked closely with our clinicians, staff, community, local government and partner organisations to develop Clinical Service Plans (CSPs) for our facilities. Each CSP considers how the unique health needs of our communities can be met into the future.
Reconciliation action plan
We are proud to have been the first District in NSW to commit to a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
Our vision for reconciliation is for all of us. We believe that non-Indigenous staff will lead the way in building relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, partner organisations, patients, families and carers to work collaboratively together to improve health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
