Private mooring licence cancellation request

Use this form to apply for the cancellation of a private mooring licence.

Mooring conditions require the licence holder to remove the mooring apparatus.

However, in some cases, with Transport for NSW approval, the apparatus can be sold to the next applicant.

Please call Maritime Product Services on 13 12 36 and select option 2 to confirm if this is possible.
