Blacktown Community Infrastructure Project

About the Project 

The Blacktown Community Infrastructure Project will upgrade three existing community and aquatic centres. These will include a new outdoor Splash Pad at Riverstone Aquatic Centre, a new outdoor Splash Pad and pool heating at Charlie Lowles Swimming Centre in Emerton and floor and light replacement at Quakers Hill Community Centre. 

Project Scope

Riverstone Aquatic Centre:

  • Construction of a new outdoor splash pad

Charlie Lowles Swimming Centre:

  • Construction of a new outdoor splash pad
  • A new heating system for the outdoor pools
  • A new Boiler Plant

 Quakers Hill Community Centre:

  • Floor & Light Replacement
