About the Project
The Blacktown Community Infrastructure Project will upgrade three existing community and aquatic centres. These will include a new outdoor Splash Pad at Riverstone Aquatic Centre, a new outdoor Splash Pad and pool heating at Charlie Lowles Swimming Centre in Emerton and floor and light replacement at Quakers Hill Community Centre.
Project Scope
Riverstone Aquatic Centre:
- Construction of a new outdoor splash pad and associated furniture
Charlie Lowles Swimming Centre:
- Construction of a new outdoor splash pad and associated furniture
- Landscaping
Quakers Hill Community Centre:
- Floor & Light Replacement
- Lighting replacement in female toilets, male toilets, main hall and foyer
