About the Project
The Culture House project transforms an underutilised carpark into a vibrant Urban Park, Arts and Cultural Centre providing new facilities for arts, cultural and community use and a new park and public open space within the Burwood Town Centre. The project supports the overall vision and transformation of Burwood as a cultural and events destination.
Project Scope
The project delivers:
Community and Cultural Centre: studio, theatrette, 2 x multipurpose halls, community lounge
Park: public plaza, lawn area, garden terrace, water play, tree planting and landscaping
