About the Project

The Woodstock Park Sensory Garden Project transforms an underused section of Woodstock Park into an accessible sensory garden for the community to rest, connect and play. The project aligns with community needs and aspirations to retain park heritage while meeting the needs of diverse groups, such as people with autism, visual impairment, dementia or other disabilities, as well as seniors, children and young people. The sensory garden features landscaping elements designed to appeal to each of the five senses.
