About the Project 

The Roberts Park Community Hub will deliver a new community centre including landscaping associated with the community centre, external lighting, signage and car parking, as required. The intended outcomes of the project are: 

  • Improves public access to quality sport, recreation and community facilities.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to emerging community needs and standards.

Project Scope

The project will include:

  • Construction of a new integrated multipurpose community facility
  • New library fit-out
  • Commercial kitchen fit-out
  • Reconfiguration of the existing carpark
  • External lighting
  • Wayfinding signage
  • Facilities toilets including ambulant toilet
  • Kitchenette fitout
  • Heating, ventilation and air conditioning
  • Footpaths and feature paving
  • Landscaping including mass planting, turfing, irrigation and trees
  • Car park swale
  • Outdoor Reading Room
  • Large multi-purpose hall fit-out
  • Meeting rooms fitout
  • Bin room and cleaners room
  • Staff area fit-out
  • Study rooms fit-out
  • Outdoor terrace
  • Storage areas
