About the Project
The Fairfield Showground Indoor Sports Centre Project will deliver a multi-purpose four court indoor facility. The project integrates with the existing facilities and activities across Fairfield Showground. These are outdoor sports fields and amenities, community and commercial spaces for functions and events, community buildings, grandstands, cycle hub, walking and cycle paths, all-abilities playground at Deerbush Park.
Project Scope
The project will deliver:
- A show court hall, grandstand seating and six corporate boxes
- Sports hall and stage
- Amenities, change rooms and showers, umpires room, first aid room
- Administration area
- Café with kitchen and cold store
- Mezzanine level with meeting areas, storage, kitchenette and toilets
- Solar power system and water reuse
