Our decision

We will write to you within 90 days to give you the outcome of your objection. We will also advise your council and Revenue NSW if we change your land value and they may adjust your rates and taxes. 

You may appeal our decision 

If you are not satisfied with the objection outcome, you may appeal to the NSW Land and Environment Court. 

You must lodge your appeal within 60 days of the date we issue your objection determination letter.
