Access the CHIMES portal
Access for community housing providers to the Community Housing Information Management ‘E’ System (CHIMES) portal for reporting and maintaining and updating records.
The CHIMES Portal allows community housing service providers to:
- maintain their contact details
- access forms and applications
- submit reports generated directly from their tenancy management systems to meet contract performance and statistical requirements
- access reports on their performance against benchmarks
- complete Performance Action plans where performance is outside the benchmark.
