Admissions and Discharge Procedure

This procedure provides accurate, clear direction, and actions for the admission and discharge of a young person from a Youth Justice NSW centre.

This procedure is set out in two parts:

  1. admitting a young person to a Youth Justice NSW Centre
  2. discharging a young person from a Youth Justice NSW Centre.
