Bail Supervision Procedure

This procedure outlines the tasks of community-based area managers, assistant managers and caseworkers when a young person becomes subject to Youth Justice bail supervision.

This procedure outlines how to determine whether bail supervision should be provided to a young person, and how to undertake supervision. 

The steps involved are:

  1. confirm legal order
  2. identify the level of supervision required
  3. supervise and complete court reports.
