Referral to the Waratah Program Procedure

Use this procedure when considering the eligibility and suitability of detainees for participation in the Waratah Program.

This procedure is concerned with determining eligibility and suitability for the Waratah Program.

The steps to be taken by staff depend on the role of the staff member. These roles include: Unit Manager, Assistant Unit Manager, Shift Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, admissions staff, and all staff.
