Serious Young Offender Review Panel Procedure

Use this procedure when considering reclassification, supervised outings or day/overnight leave for a young person who has been charged with, or found guilty of, one or more Serious Children's Indictable Offences under Crimes Act 1900.

The steps to be taken by staff depend on the role of the staff member. These roles include: Unit Manager, Assistant Unit Manager, Shift Supervisor, Assistant Manager, and Duty Manager.
