This document outlines the services provided as part of the pilot initiative A Place to Go which is offered in the Penrith region.
A Place to Go is a multiagency program that uses a young person’s contact with the Police and/or the court as an opportunity to intervene early by linking them with appropriate community supports and services.
A dedicated coordinator leads cross-agency collaboration and acts as a central point of contact for agencies to coordinate a multidisciplinary response for young people.
