Youth mentoring: diverting young people from justice involvement

The research team critically assessed the strength of evidence for interventions and identified core components and flexible activities of mentoring programs that are effective for delivering positive outcomes for young people. However, given that all the studies were conducted overseas, effectiveness with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and culturally and linguistically diverse populations in Australia is unknown.
