Pool Use Policy

This policy ensures the safety of young people in Youth Justice Centres by providing Centre employees with maintenance and supervision requirements of the swimming pool.

The purpose of this policy is to:

  • provide supervision requirements of the swimming pool
  • clarify employee and young people’s responsibilities in relation to the use of swimming pools
  • ensure the swimming pool is used in a safe manner.
