The Youth on Track program helps young people between 10 to 17 years who have come into contact with police and are likely to re-offend. The program focuses on intervening early, engaging families, and providing targeted interventions to address the underlying causes of the young person’s involvement in crime.

Youth on Track operates in the following locations:

  • Blacktown
  • Hunter
  • Mid North Coast
  • Central West
  • Coffs
  • New Engalnd
  • Riverina.
