Building an Aboriginal workforce in NSW

We work with NSW public sector agencies to support Aboriginal employees and deliver better outcomes for the people of NSW.

Our goals are to:

  • bring more Aboriginal people into public sector jobs 
  • help Aboriginal employees build capabilities and careers 
  • support all staff to build cultural capability and work in a trauma-informed way 
  • connect employees through networks, forums and programs.
