Building an Aboriginal workforce in NSW
We work with NSW public sector agencies to support Aboriginal employees and deliver better outcomes for the people of NSW.
Our goals are to:
- bring more Aboriginal people into public sector jobs
- help Aboriginal employees build capabilities and careers
- support all staff to build cultural capability and work in a trauma-informed way
- connect employees through networks, forums and programs.
