Bait collection in the Central Tablelands region

Pest animal bait collection

In the Central Tablelands region, landholders can collect baits from their nearest Local Land Services (LLS) office.

Landholders are encouraged to join local pest animal management groups and work together to bait in a coordinated manner to cover a wide area, which results in a better knockdown.

All baits must be ordered a minimum of 5 days prior to the collection date.

All landholders participating must be accredited for 1080 bait usage and present their chemical card or arrange for an authorised agent to collect and lay baits on their behalf through our office. Contact your local biosecurity officer on 1300 795 299 for more information.
