Start on Scrubby Creed Rd/Thompson Tower Rd alongside the back fence of the Pet Boarding Kennels.
Walk along Thompson Tower Rd. From the Pet Boarding Kennels, it is a total of 3.4 kilometres to the top of Mt Thompson. After about 2.9 kilometres, you come to a fork in the road. Keep right. There is a moderate rise for the last 500 metres.
Return the same way.
