Overview of this event
Set against a stunning coastal backdrop, the Kiama Farmers’ Market is a weekly must-visit. The market is started each week by the ringing of the bell - no market trading takes place until the bell has been rung.
This is a true farmers’ market, dedicated to supporting local growers, producers, and makers. While you browse, kids can play on the beach or in the park, or you can relax on the grass with an afternoon snack or early dinner.
Each week, a wonderful selection of seasonal produce is sold fresh and direct to you from the local market gardens. Along with fruit and vegetables, you can expect to find a variety of other produce, such as seafood, oysters, local Wagyu beef, honey, eggs, milk straight from the dairy, gelato made from local milk, cider, wine, mushrooms, cakes, and tarts, preserves, sourdough bread, street food, ready-made meals… and so much more!
