Rochelle Olsen is a devoted advocate for rural health, hailing from Hillston, NSW. She has more than 2 decades of experience as a pharmacist, is a mum to 2 little boys and is an involved community member. Rochelle’s journey has been profoundly shaped by personal loss, having faced 2 miscarriages and the death of her son, Edward, at just 7 hours old. Edward remains her enduring inspiration.
In response to gaps in support and experiences within her community, Rochelle founded The Baby Loss Mentor and became a Certified Pregnancy Loss Practitioner. Her mission is to create informed, safe and understanding communities that recognise and address the unique challenges encountered when someone navigates life after baby loss. She strives to promote workplaces and societies that provide not just support, but a sense of belonging, resilience and love during these delicate moments.
Rochelle is a mentor to grieving mothers, guiding them through one-on-one support, facilitating the Bush Blossums™ community and events, and offering business support programs. Her online gift shop for baby loss gifts and resources demonstrates her commitment to making healing accessible to every mum experiencing baby loss in regional Australia.
