Have your say on digital innovation at Future.NSW
Customers are invited to share ideas, provide feedback and help shape tomorrow through a Have Your Say community consultation following the Future.NSW event held today.
NSW Government Chief Information and Digital Officer Greg Wells said the event provided an opportunity for customers to contribute to the NSW Government’s digital service options and to ask questions of the event’s panellists.
“We are looking at how we can unlock new opportunities for people across NSW to transact with government, from Ballina to Bondi and Bega to Bathurst, we believe that digital solutions are part of the way forward,” Mr Wells said.
“Customers are at the heart of what we do and as we aim to become the most customer centric state by 2030, we want them to be part of our digital journey.
“It is a unique opportunity to learn more about the digital journey this modern government is embarking on and provide insights direct to government all in one place.”
Mr Wells said the NSW Government was committed to empowering customers to have a say about where the government should invest next for innovation across fields including health, education and infrastructure.
“We want to safely and securely leverage technology to deliver smarter, faster and easier services for the benefit of all NSW customers,” Mr Wells said.
“As we roll out digital solutions and enhance programs to improve our customer experience, it is critical we hear from a diverse range of people and there is no better event than Future.NSW.
“Future.NSW hosted panel discussions on Artificial Intelligence, Future Government Partnerships and the second generation of Digital Twins, with customers now encouraged to provide their thoughts on the projects.”
Customers can be part of the conversation on theHave Your Say web page.
