Community Support Hub at Parramatta

Parramatta Community Hub days were established in partnership with Services Australia, with the idea being to provide assistance to vulnerable people, who are in crisis, and needing support due to:

• Unemployment
• Financial hardship
• Family and domestic violence
• Mental health issues
• Homelessness and
• Insufficient identity documents

The Hub is a one-stop-shop of services across the Government & Non-Government sectors working together to increase connections to ensure people are linked with the most appropriate service at the right time.

The Births, Deaths and Marriages (BDM) Community Engagement team will be there assisting the vulnerable, homeless and disadvantaged to access birth certificates and 1:1 support to access other BDM services.

Other services include:

• Service Australia (Centrelink)
• Service NSW
• Revenue NSW
• Department of Communities and Justice

This event runs from 10:30am - 1:30pm. No registration is required.
