Viewland Developments Pty Ltd (ACN 168 037 492) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 585-589 Canterbury Rd, Belmore NSW 2192 (SP90861). Viewland Developments Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order. Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
