Allam Family Pty Ltd (ACN 160 610 168) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 65 -71 Kerrs Road LIDCOMBE NSW 2141 (Lot 9 &10, Sec C, DP3431) (the Development).
Allam Family Pty Ltd (ACN 160 610 168) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order.
Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
