Charlie Pavia Nominees Pty Ltd (ACN 612 553 956) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 11-13 Blacket Street, North Wollongong NSW 2500 (SP94712) (the Development).

Charlie Pavia Nominees Pty Ltd (ACN 612 553 956) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
