Distinqt Conglomerate Pty Ltd (the Developer) is issued with this Stop Work Order (this Order) in relation to residential building work located at 94 Hewitt Street Colyton NSW 2760 LOT 3 DP 845677(the Development).

The Developer is required to ensure all work at the Development stops by 5pm on 9 April 2025.
