GCorp Property Pty Ltd (165 421 830) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 33-49 Euston Road, Alexandria, NSW 2015 (SP89333). GCorp Property Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order. Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
