Gordon Merriwa Pty Ltd (ACN 168 465 245) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to address 44 Willis Street, Kingsford NSW 2032 (Lot 1458, DP752011) (the Development). Gordon Merriwa Pty Ltd (ACN 168 465 245) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order.
