Soho (Mt. Druitt) Pty Ltd (ACN 167 080 104) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 5-7 The Avenue, Mount Druitt NSW 2770 (SP93894). Soho (Mt. Druitt) Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order. Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
