Shepherd Street Developments Pty Ltd (ACN 600 668 120) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 6A Atkinson Street, Liverpool NSW 2170 (SP97533). Shepherd Street Developments Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order. Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
