Your feedback matters
At Southern NSW LHD, we aim to provide the best health care possible to our communities. Hearing feedback and suggestions from the people we care for is an important part of this.
If you want to tell us about something we did well or not so well for you or your loved one, we're keen to know so we can understand and work with you to improve our services.
We aim to resolve complaints raised within 35 days. If your complaint is complex, it may take longer – if this is the case, we will contact you to let you know.
You can share your experience with us in the following ways:
Let the staff involved in your care know that you have a concern. You can also ask someone you trust to speak with staff on your behalf.
