Provisional licence holders are prohibited from driving high performance vehicles.

This page includes  prohibited vehicles not to be driven by the holder of a provisional licence. This publication is provided under Clause 36 of the Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Regulation 2017. These vehicles are prohibited in addition to those that have a power to tare mass ratio of greater than 130 kW per tonne.
