About the Code

The Code of Ethics and Conduct provides an Ethical Framework for NESA employees to follow. The Code provides both mandatory requirements and best practice conduct for staff.

NESA’s Code of Ethics and Conduct builds on the Public Service Commission’s Code of Ethics and Conduct with additional requirements specific to NESA.
