This year Sydney Theatre Company is holding a comprehensive 5-day program of workshops, panels and moved readings to coincide with OnSTAGE. Not to be missed.

Bookings
Priority school bookings for CALLBACK can be made from Tuesday 28 November 2023 on the Seymour Centre website.
General public bookings open on Tuesday 5 December 2023.
Workshops
Stage 6 student workshops will be held on Thursday 15 and Friday 16 February 2024, at the Seymour Centre.

SHAPE is open at Pier 2/3, Walsh Bay Arts Precinct until 17 May.
Dates and times
9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Saturday, 2 April to 17 May.
Groups larger than 30 will need to pre-register by contacting exhibtions@nesa.nsw.edu.au.
Please note: The exhibition will be closed to the public during seminar sessions and public holidays.
SHAPE Seminars
Year 11 Seminars
- When: 6 May to 10 May (Design and Technology)
- 6 May to 8 May (Industrial Technology)
- Where: Pier 2/3, Walsh Bay Arts Precinct, Sydney
- Cost: $36 per student or teacher. 1 free ticket is provided for teachers per 20 students booked.

The TexStyle exhibition, presented in partnership with the Technology Educators Association of NSW, showcases exemplary major works by HSC Textiles and Design students at Gallery 76.
Projects displayed in this year's exhibition include furnishings, apparel, textile art and costume.
Dates and times
3 March to 26 April.
- 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
- 10:00am to 2:00pm, Saturday to Sunday
Free entry to the general public during regular gallery hours.

The Young Writers Showcase celebrates talented English Extension 2 students from the previous year's HSC. The selected students have their exemplary Major Works published in our annual Young Writers Showcase anthology.
On Wednesday 22 May, 19 students selected for this year's Young Writers' Showcase will be celebrated as part of the 2024 Sydney Writers' Festival, at Carriageworks, Eveleigh.
2024 HSC Showcase Launch and Performance Preview
The 2024 Showcase Launch and Performance Preview was held on Monday 5 February at the Roslyn Packer Theatre, with a special preview of performances selected for the CALLBACK, OnSTAGE and Encore showcases.

On Monday 18 March, the opening of the SHAPE exhibition was celebrated at an event held at Pier 2/3 Walsh Bay Arts Precinct.

On Wednesday 7 February, the opening of the ARTEXPRESS showcase was celebrated at an event held the Art Gallery of New South Wales.
2023 HSC students selected for ARTEXPRESS will be invited to their respective gallery openings throughout the year.
Nominations and selections

Performance nominations for OnSTAGE, Encore and Callback were sent to schools and students on 18 September 2023.
Design and Technology, Industrial Technology and Textiles and Design nominations for SHAPE were sent to schools and students on 16 October 2023.
Visual Arts nominations for ARTEXPRESS were sent to schools and students on 6 November 2023.
English Extension Two nominations for Young Writers Showcase were sent to schools and students on 11 January 2024.

On Thursday 2 February NSW Government representatives presented the 2022 HSC students in the 2023 HSC showcase season at a ceremony held at the Seymour Centre, Sydney.
