The role of Liaison Officers is to:
- provide contact and referral information to schools and teachers about NESA policies and procedures
- deliver a range of professional development courses approved under the Teacher Accreditation Act 2004, as well as other courses required to meet NESA's priorities
- assist with the HSC student support services program in relation to appeals and the Enquiry Centre.

Resolving complaints about NESA's services
NESA will resolve complaints about NESA services in a timely and fair way.
You can make a complaint online or download the complaint form and email it to complaints@nesa.nsw.edu.au.
